|Relative Uncertainty compares the measurement uncertainty (with units) to the actual measurement (with units.) Therefore, relative uncertainty is dimensionless.|
Think through this statement: How does the uncertainty in measurement relate to the measurement? Take the ratio of the two. Please see the lab manual entry for Measurements on page 17.
